Hey, I’m Tina!
I’m a mom of three, a passionate sourdough baker, and the kind of person who will absolutely bring you homemade bread if you tell me you're having a rough week.
I used to be a lawyer, but traded in courtroom deadlines for sticky counters and the smell of fresh bread.
I’ve been baking sourdough for years now. Not the perfect, weighed-to-the-gram kind, but the kind that actually feeds people and fits into a life with laundry piles, school runs, and last-minute dinners.
This course is what I wish I’d had when I started.
Not a technical deep-dive, but something that said, “Hey, here’s how you bake really good bread without it taking over your life.”
